The World's Best Hot Chocolate

1 (15 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (4 oz.) bar German baking chocolate
6 c. milk

Break chocolate into small pieces and put into a large saucepan with condensed milk. Stir constantly over low heat until chocolate melts. Add milk and continue cook over low heat, stirring constantly. Serve hot with whipped cream. For a little more flavor, add 1 shot of your favorite flavored coffee syrup or liquor to each mug before pouring in the hot chocolate.
